Our stay exceeded expectations! The staff went out of their way to provide a memorable dining experience, especially at breakfast with fresh pastries and made-to-order coffee. The views from our balcony were breathtaking, making our evenings unforgettable. Pro tip, reserve a table for dinner well in advance!

The suite had gorgeous lake views and a nice balcony to enjoy the scenery. Breakfast was amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice and a great variety of pastries. The spa facilities offered a range of massages, a lovely hot tub, and an indoor pool. Clean and spacious with charming decor throughout the hotel.

Diving into the gluten-free goodies was a delight! On top of that, the breakfast spread felt like a feast with unbeatable views of the lake. Seriously, the location is just perfect for casual strolls to nearby spots like Imperial Cafe-Bar or The Burger Factory.

A bit of a hiccup during dinner—I hustled in at 8:45 only to be rushed through the menu like I was late for a train! Totally left me feeling a bit jilted, but at least my bag found its way back to me after a bit of a scare.

We had an amazing time! The food was superb with fantastic dinner options and a lavish breakfast spread. The spa was incredibly relaxing. The sauna room upgrade with that breathtaking view was a dream come true!

I was truly impressed by the hotel's elegant decor, complete with beautiful chandeliers and classic furnishings that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lobby and common areas were easily accessible, making it comfortable for all guests, including seniors.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a diverse selection of dishes, including gourmet options that were perfect for fueling my workday. The staff was professional and accommodating, efficiently assisting with any business needs I had.

The elevators had some issues during my stay, which caused minor inconvenience.

The lake views were stunning, and we loved being close to the town for shopping and dining. We had a great time skiing at the nearby Saalbach resort, and the area is perfect for hiking adventures. Breakfast was amazing and left us energized for our daily activities.

The spa experience was disappointing due to the staff's lack of courtesy. We felt rushed and uncomfortable during our treatment, which really put a damper on our relaxation time.

Consider arriving early for the buffet, as the timing can be tricky. it's worth savoring everything before dinner service.
